Cody Kish embarked on his maritime career at a young age, gaining invaluable experience as a deckhand and later assuming the responsibilities of a captain. His journey in the maritime industry continued with formal education at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy, where he earned a Merchant Marine Unlimited Steam and Diesel License, solidifying his expertise in marine engineering.

Currently serving as the First Assistant Engineer aboard the Western Flyer, Cody leverages over 7 years of professional experience in various roles within the maritime sector. His career is defined by a deep-rooted passion for the water and a dedication to advancing the field of maritime engineering.
